The deluxe lifestyle which affords the best of everything has a lot of media around it. This is everything from the Yachting magazine subscriber to the exotic racing car enthusiast to the fine linens and crystals shopper. Advertising usually pays for these magazines and websites, and the composition may be done by someone who had no access to the goods, little knowledge, or no contact with the consumer experience.

Everyone has something they yearn for, and they want to see it in pictures if they can’t have it for real. the Robb Report, Town and Country, and many technology specific trade catalogs and magazines cater to their niche market. Luxury marked editorial planners looks to see which images will sell the content on their pages, since the reading will be specifically drawn to what they strategically furnish images for to write.

This brings us to a unique niche in Microstock photography. The luxury market of any product is going to have a website sales portal or magazine dedicated to selling that image or lifestyle. The secret to capturing the images you need for Microstock offering on a budget is finding ways to access the product that don’t cost you a fee or put a surcharge on any earnings opportunity.

The above picture is a Lamborghini car, and it might go without saying I don’t drive these wheels every day. But a fortuitous parking job caught my eye, and then I saw something else. There was no license plate on this car, which meant any picture did not have the associated release rights quagmire for image resale. The unusual egg yolk yellow color also made think this was a special item to capture on (digital) film.

The opportunity to take the picture presented itself because the car owner had parked illegally and it was easy to get around with a neutral subject matter background. The great part was that there was no license plate, therefore nobody can object to showing the image. I loved that the color happened to jive with the main subcolor of this website.

Good things happen to thsoe with fresh AA batteries.
