Evaluate your microstock image portfolio and see where you are weak in showing your skills. Do you have shots of water? Sunlight? Interiors? No abstracts? Too many abstracts? typically freelance photogs stick to their best strengths. It may be that your own camera is stopping you at the pass. Borrow a camera or two and see what shots come more quickly and better.
Getting peer feedback and review for your work is essential. But if so far the only person listening to your tunnel of silence regarding your Microstock progress, it’s time to find some support at the peer level. Join a forum and have some other members check out your online gallery for some community career growth and advice.
